Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).
  • Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases ordered before 4pm. 

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS/UPS.
  • International orders may take longer and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.

Shipping Carrier Policy:

  • Unfortunately, We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
  • For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
    • USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
    • DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for import fees or duties or delays through customs, we will try our best efforts to get it delivered.
